Tulloch: I am ready for a broader investment challenge

Ends 27-year stint at helm of Asia Pacific fund

Stewart Investors' Angus Tulloch has said he is looking forward to "broader investment challenges" beyond Asia and global emerging markets as he steps back from lead management on the group's flagship funds.

Yesterday the group announced that Tulloch (pictured), David Gait and Jonathan Asante will be stepping back from lead responsibilities to take on co-manager roles alongside the firm's rising stars.  Industry veteran Tulloch will not be leaving the firm completely as a result of the changes and will remain as a member of the investment team. In a webcast today, he said he will continue to work four days a week for the firm, like he has for the past few years.
