Shipping & Returns




We only ship USPS Adult Signature. USPS will need to see a valid ID verifying you are above the age of 21 years old, otherwise the package will be returned and we will refund your money.




We ship safe and secure via USPS within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Most items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders take 24 to 48 hours to process before shipment. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you with an ETA, at which time you will have the option to refund the item, substitute for another of comparable value, or cancel your order. You will be notified via email with tracking information when your order ships out.


All shipment dates are approximate. We are not responsible for shipments arriving early or for delivery delays.




For our clients wishing to pick up their orders, please allow 3 hours from the time the order is placed and paid, during normal business hours, please contact 631-285-3421, once order is placed. If orders are placed during non business hours or days, please call the following business day to arrange pick up

Returns Policy

We accept returns for products in sellable condition in all original packaging and with all original contents within 30 days of purchase for a full credit, exchange, replacement, or case-by case refund, minus all shipping costs. Non-defective items that are opened and/or missing components will be automatically rejected. All returns must be authorized first by phone or email.


Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns accepted on: e-Liquid, atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, drip tips, custom-made, special order, or clearance items.


Returns must be postmarked within one week of return approval. Please include a detailed note outlining any issues with return items. Any misrepresenation of defects may result in a rejection of the return. In the event of a rejection return postage will be payed by the customer.

We cannot guarantee that a product's color will match exactly what you see on your computer screen, as all screens are different. If you are unsure of how a product will look in real life, we encourage you to contact us for more information before placing your order.


In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective or missing items from the order, the customer is responsible for letting us know via phone or email within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is to save all packaging and shipping materials until notified otherwise.


Customers may cancel an order at any point prior to shipment. If an item has already been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer an option.
