Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has appointed former global head of distribution at Aberdeen Asset Management, John Brett, as a non-executive director to its fund boards.
Brett takes up his role with effect from 1 April, subject to regulatory approval. He has held executive and non-executive directorships in the investment management sector over the past 20 years, including his roles at Aberdeen AM and Scottish Widows Investment Partnership. Following his retirement from AAM in 2016, he remained on the board as a non-executive director.
