The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has published its first trustee diversity and inclusion (D&I) survey. The online survey, which was first announced last month, is aimed at trustees of defined benefit and defined contribution (DC) schemes and will gather D&I data to build a "clearer picture" about the diversity of trustees. The research will investigate the proportion of trustees with protected characteristics, along with their academic and socio-economic backgrounds and their work experience.
