OMGI strengthens board with non-exec appointments

Old Mutual Global Investors has appointed former Barings chief executive Richard Wohanka as chair of the board and Jon Little as independent non-executive director.

Wohanka and Little will provide independent guidance to OMGI's senior executive team as the business continues to grow. The firm said it was keen to "build on the momentum" as it carries out its strategic plans for growth. Little has also served as a non-executive director to the Old Mutual Wealth board since May 2017.
