Nedgroup Investments hires Carmignac's White ahead of European expansion plans

Carmignac partner Nick White has joined Nedgroup Investments as the firm eyes new European fund launches "over the coming months".

The appointment is the latest in a planned hiring spree, the details of which Nedgroup said would be announced "in due course" as the firm expands its UCITS offering. Former AllianzGI UK retail distribution head Blain joins Zurich White joins the South African asset manager, which has $24bn in AUM, as head of UK and European distribution, and will be responsible for multi-regional business relationships. He will also be responsible for strategy with selected wealth managers, fund of funds and family offices.  Apollo merges with financial planner as firm appoints new chairman...
