Lazard launches EM managed volatility fund

Targets 20%-30% lower risk than average

Lazard Fund Managers has announced the launch of the Lazard Emerging Markets Managed Volatility fund, which aims for low risk stable returns.

The UCITS-compliant fund will seek to exceed market-cap returns annually over a market cycle, while taking 20%-30% lower risk. Equities are selected for the portfolio through a proprietary, quantitative process, favouring firms with strong fundamentals, below-average risk and good ESG considerations.
