BREAKING NEWS Jupiter’s senior directors will take joint ownership of the investment house following a management buyout in July, supported by US private equity group TA Associates. The deal, which was announced this morning, ends weeks of speculation surrounding Jupiter, with several private equity firms thought to have been interested in the group. Neither Jupiter’s senior management nor TA Associates would confirm which would be the biggest shareholder following the buyout.
