Former chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng to stand down as MP at next election

Former chancellor Kwasi Kwarteng has said he will step down as an MP at the upcoming General Election.

Kwarteng became an MP in 2010, representing the constituency of Spelthorne in south west London.
