Over the past five years, employee-owned French asset manager Carmignac has steadily grown its presence in the UK. Spearheaded by Maxime Carmignac - daughter of founder Edouard Carmignac and managing director of the UK office since 2013 - the fund manager has seen a 78% increase in headcount in the country since 2016. As of November last year, the Carmignac UK office had 57 people working in it, compared to 32 people in 2016.
