Barings' head of global resources Duncan Goodwin is leaving the firm, handing over the running of the Barings Global Resources fund to Clive Burstow and James Govan.
Goodwin has managed the $332m fund since 2014, having joined the firm from Martin Currie in January of that year. Co-manager Burstow and Govan - members of Barings' specialist global resources team - have assisted Goodwin during his tenure and will now run the fund as co-managers. Goodwin will remain at Barings until the end of 2019 to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities.
