Average monthly European ETF inflows near €10bn

Net inflows of €12.1bn in January

The average monthly net inflows for the European ETF industry has surged to €9.7bn on a 12-month rolling basis, boosted by particularly strong inflows during January in particular, which saw €12.1bn of inflows, according Refinitiv research.

Led by €7bn of equity ETF flows, January's performance alone has bolstered the monthly average by €1bn, as flows from bond ETFs (€4.9bn), commodity ETFs (€0.7bn) and mixed-assets ETFs (€0.1bn) helped to boost the industry's assets under management (AUM).
